Stocks discussed on the Lightning Round session of Jim Cramer's Mad Money TV Program, Thursday May 26.

Bullish Calls:

Siemens (SI): "This has always been one of my favorites. Germany is on fire. This is my favorite over there...we should take an agreeable position on Germany."

Baidu (BIDU), Sina (SINA): "I like Baidu as an investment, and I like Sina as a trade."

Cummins (CMI): "These (tornadoes) are terrible tragedies...we don't want these things...Cummins will not profit off of this tragedy, but they will profit from a major cycle in new trucks that is still going on, including China...if China is done tightening, this stock tacks on 15 straight points. China is not done, so the stock is in a holding pattern."

Acme Packet (APKT), NetApp (NTAP): "This (Acme Packet) is one of the last of the major internet protocol stocks. It is holding in there. I am going to embrace it...even as people tell me that business is no longer any good. I like that and I like Netapp.

KKR Financial (KFN): "We have been behind this. We have had a very big gain. We continue to be behind it...it is a very inexpensive stock...it's got a good yield."

Phillips Van Heusen (PVH): "I think PVH is in better shape than Ralph Lauren...am I less worried about PVH? Yes, absolutely, because I think [CEO] Mandy Chirico can pull it off...he can source it better, he can get the cotton cheaper, he knows what he is doing. Not that the other guys don't, but I don't think he is going to get caught like the others guys, which is why I am sticking with PVH."

Bearish Calls:

Lululemon (LULU), Ralph Lauren (RL): "That downgrade (of Lululemon) was very powerful and potent. When I read it, I thought I might be a little greedy here. Do I agree with downgrade to sell? No, but it did raise questions about conceivable problems in cost, and after my screw up in Ralph Lauren, I think we should take some LULU off the table. I was too bullsh on Ralph Lauren...I thought the research piece was cogent...I suggest profit taking."

PetroChina (PTR): "I'm not recommending Chinese stocks. You are not going to get me to do that. I like Baidu as an investment, and I like Sina as a trade, and the more I go down the food chain, the more I get nervous, and I'm not going to do that to you."

MaxLinear (MXL): "That is in one tough component. This is radio frequency...don't buy it...it is just too hard...a lot of these tech companies are not doing well right now...be careful."

The downgrade should push the price of LULU down for the short term due to investors not really understanding the company. The call by several SA authors for LULU to drop some 40-50 percent this summer is, in my opinion, not based on any facts but rather trying to predict a repeat of 2008. Mr. Cramer gives good advice to take some profit at this point. Investors can always buy LULU on the drop that seems sure to come. HotStockMarket.com Comments (12)   I guesss Cramer calls it as he sees it. Maybe one of his TA guys pointed out that wedge and this is break out below, another -2.7% lower today. He sure hates charts, unless they support his own views. Contheon Comments (112)   Solid advice on LULU . Since when does Jim listen to an "analyst" downgrade???

What facts have changed since Jim pounded the table on LULU at $100 per share ???

The only "fact" that changed is LULU is down $10, and fell over $5 yesterday alone. So once again, Jim changes colors to cover his tracks.

Flip-flop ... Flip-flop ... Flip-flop J M Keyes Comments (26)   What changed was the "downgrade". deercreekvols Comments (212)   Mr. Cramer's advice to LULU investors is solid. Taking profits can not be viewed as something negative. Did Mr. Cramer change his opinions on LULU? He continues to say that they are a great company. Long-term investors must research their holdings and understand if the drop is a "dip" or something more. LULU shows no signs that the recent price drop is a dip. There are no underlying issues that signal a sell of LULU. If you consider the advice of taking profits a "flip-flop" or a "change of colors",then that is your opion. I stand by my statement that this is solid advice for investors.
If investors rely on solely on the views of analysts, then there is little hope for them making money in the stock market. Contheon Comments (112)   A downgrade is not a Fact. It's an opinion. And Cramer consistantly makes fun of Analysts.

The "downgrade" was his excuse for another poorly timed Call. Just like Bank of America, which suddenly like all the Banks is under pressure from Washington. The same pressure that was there in Jan when he claimed "If you believe in America, than buy Bank of America".

I enjoy the show for entertainment and a laugh. But his lack of responsibility for bad calls has been getting worse.

You stick with your opinion that Analyst opinions are facts ... I'm sure that will serve you well. deercreekvols Comments (212)   Never said that an analyst dishes out facts. Quite the opposite is what I believe. Mr. Cramer did the investors in LULU a favor by telling them to take profits. Analysts, in my opinion, have too much influence on particular stock prices and many base their issuings on flimsy data or personal opinions. Hopefully this clears up my feelings on analysts.
As far as Mr. Cramer making fun of analysts, he should. How about the guy who downgraded aapl? Should he have been treated like the local weatherman who misses a forecast or an irresponsible analysts who made a terrible recommendation? Someone needs to "call out" the people who influence stock prices with a wielding of their pens, or keyboards. HotStockMarket.com Comments (12)   Agree with you there, nothing wrong with locking in some profits. 107Sid Comments (103)   The CEO of PVH is Manny Chirico, not Mandy. add_article_actions = 1; top_commenters_array = []; add_comment_actions(); write_report_abuse_all_in_one(); SeekingAlpha.Initializer.AddAfterLoad(link_edit_user_profile); comment_create_edit_link(); new_comment_on_comments_page(); Load All Comments reply_to_comment('Article_272167',"") mark_new_comments_if_tracking_source(); var comment_ids = []; new Ajax.Request('/memcached/comments_rating_by_discussion_id/244538', { evalScripts:true, method: 'get', onSuccess: function(response) { response.responseText.evalScripts(); comment_ids.each(function(id){writeRatingFromHash(id);}); }, onFailure: function() { } }); var author_info_popup_timeout; function ShowAuthorInfo(){ if (author_info_popup_timeout) clearTimeout(author_info_popup_timeout); $('article_author_info').style.display = "block"; } function HideAuthorInfo(){ author_info_popup_timeout = setTimeout(function() { $('article_author_info').style.display="none";},400); } function clearAuthorInfoPopupTimeout(){ if (author_info_popup_timeout) clearTimeout(author_info_popup_timeout); } Miriam Metzinger picture About the author: Miriam Metzinger Miriam Metzinger picture Miriam is a freelance financial writer and editor with extensive experience in the personal finance field.

Microsoft (MSFT), Hain Celestial (HAIN), Kraft (KFT), toll brothers (TOL)

Entrevista CEO: Michael Mendes, Diamond alimentos (DMND). Outras unidades populacionais mencionadas: & Procter Gamble (PG)

Entrevista CEO: CEO Irwin Simon, Hain Celestial (HAIN). Outras unidades populacionais mencionadas: Whole Foods (WFMI), Wal-Mart (WMT)

4 Primeiro touro mercados: Deere (DE), cloreto de potássio (POT), Apple (AAPL), Qualcomm (QCOM), Eaton (ETN), Honeywell (HON), parceiros Kinder Morgan (KMP), Herbalife (fan), Panera (PNRA), Chipotle Mexican Grill (CMG), vigilantes do peso (liquefeito), Colgate (CL), grandes lotes (BIG)

1. Agricultura: Deere (DE), cloreto de potássio (POT)

Internet móvel 2: Apple (AAPL), Qualcomm (QCOM)

3. Clean Energy: Honeywell (HON), Eaton (ETN), KinderMorgan parceiros (KMP)

4. Saudável alimentar de combate a obesidade: Herbalife (fan), Whole Foods, Panera (PNRA), Chipotle Mexican Grill (CMG), peso Watchers (liquefeito), Hain Celestial.

Cramer tomou algumas chamadas:

Ain ' Costco (custo) T so bad after all

O futuro do petróleo futuros
