"85x20": "50x61"); If you're interested in positioning for a possible rebound in the market, the following list might offer a useful starting point.
To create this list, we started with a universe of stocks that have recently seen the SMA50 move above the SMA200 (a bullish technical momentum indicator called the "Golden Cross"). To refine the list, we only kept those that have low levels of debt, based on the most recent quarter's filings.
To add further quality to the list, we only focused on those companies that have significant operating cash flows compared to operating expenses.
